RMTM may capture photos or videos during meetings and events to celebrate the club’s journey. Photos and videos are used publicly only with consent — yours.

Consent is granular. Allow some categories, decline others. Every choice is respected.

The guest form includes a photo/video comfort question, and we respect it during the meeting.

Update or withdraw consent anytime by emailing info@riyadhmtm.com. We will remove requested photos from club channels.

Media is used for club and Toastmasters-related communication — never for outside marketing.
