RMTM collects guest and member data only for club administration, communication, event coordination, membership follow-up, and approved public-relations activities. That means names, contact details, and the answers you give in our forms — nothing hidden.
Personal phone numbers, email addresses, Toastmasters Member IDs, and private notes are not published publicly. Internal club planning information also stays internal.
Photos and videos are used on this website or on club social media only when consent is provided — chosen per category on our consent form. Guests are asked about photo/video comfort in the guest form, and we respect it during meetings.
Members and guests may request correction or removal of public photos or data at any time by contacting info@riyadhmtm.com. We act on such requests promptly.
RMTM data must not be used for non-Toastmasters business, personal business, sales, or unrelated marketing. Ever.
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts. Registration forms may be hosted on trusted external form services; the information you submit there is handled under this same policy.
