2 · Prepared speeches
Members deliver speeches from their Pathways projects — each one a step in a structured learning path, from a first icebreaker to advanced presentations.
3 · Table Topics — impromptu speaking
Short, fun, think-on-your-feet answers to surprise questions. Volunteers only. Guests may try one — but only if they genuinely want to.
4 · Evaluations and feedback
Every speaker receives kind, structured feedback: what worked beautifully, and one or two things to try next time. This is where growth happens.
5 · Leadership roles
Members run the entire meeting — Toastmaster of the Day, Timer, Ah-Counter, Grammarian, General Evaluator. Rotating roles quietly build real leadership.
6 · Awards and recognition
Best Speaker, Best Evaluator, Best Table Topics — small wins, big encouragement, and plenty of applause.
7 · Guest interaction
Before we close, guests can share a comment, a question, or a simple goodbye — again, only if comfortable. Then members stay back to chat and answer anything.

RMTM is a Malayalam-friendly, bilingual environment. Perfect English is not required to visit — or to grow. Members build confidence in the language they need for their life: workplace English, community Malayalam, or both.
